Are you a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor seeking a new challenge?Our clients close-knit, diverse, and friendly Residential Conveyancing Team is seeking a highly skilled solicitor with a strong ability to connect with people. You will be joining a fantastic team with a collective 85 years of post-qualification experience! Your role will involve working alongside the team to support conveyancing tasks while managing your own caseload. You will utilise your excellent interpersonal skills and legal knowledge to provide clients with up-to-date, accurate advice on the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, as well as Landlord and Tenant transactions, including negotiated leases.This is an exciting opportunity for professional development, offering the chance to work closely with a highly respected and experienced Partner in a dynamic, client-focused team.The FirmLong established, our client specialises in delivering first-class service across a wide spectrum of practice areas to both businesses and individuals.   • At least 1 - 5 years of experience in a similar role (or the ability to demonstrate equivalent skills)

  • Qualified and eligible to practise as a solicitor in England
