Our client is an established estate agency selling homes throughout the London borough of Bromley and surrounding areas. Operating out of two core offices and believe in providing a good old fashion service and commitment in ensuring their clients receive a high end service when selling a property or moving home.

We are looking for a passionate Senior Sales Negotiator looking to take the next step to a Branch Manager Role. You will need to have a proven track record in property sales to lead by example. Key leadership and self motivation is a must to support our client in delivering client-driven innovation and turning exciting service concepts into a reality making the experience of buying and selling a home a pleasure.

As the Senior Sales Negotiator key responsibilities will include:

  • Has previous Estate Agency experience with demonstrable success.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Acts as a role model by continuously exceeding targets and standards.
  • Work closely with the rest of the team to bring each project to fruition and ensure every property marketing campaign is the best.
  • In-depth knowledge of property market trends and regulations.
  • A car owner with a full UK driving license
  • To be committed to further development and training.

Permanent position- Full time
