JRRL are looking for an experienced Receptionist for a well-established law firm in the heart of Bromley. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience as a receptionist/administrator.
Duties for the ReceptionistÂ
- Meeting, greeting and managing clients upon arrival.
- Ensuring clients and others feel welcomed upon arrival and during their time at the office.
- Organising, managing meeting rooms and meetings.
- General office administration support.
- Supporting the Facilities Manager with any day to day requirements for the building.
- Scheduling appointments and meetings times.
- Representing the business with a positive attitude and professional appearance.
Person Specification for the Receptionist
- Great communicator
- Experience within a legal organisation (preferred)
- Organised
- Excellent IT skills
- Experience of general office administration
This role will be working 4 days per week 9 - 5, however it is essential that you are available to work on Thursday and Friday as part of your weekly schedule.
