Teacher of English

• Deliver engaging and effective English lessons to KS3 and KS4 students.

• Plan and deliver lessons in line with the national curriculum (where required).

• Support students in achieving academic success and developing a love for English language and literature.

• Collaborate with the English department and contribute to a positive learning environment.

• Experience teaching English at KS3 and KS4 levels.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

• Strong classroom management skills.

• Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and build rapport with students.

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).

• A welcoming and supportive staff team.

• Well-behaved and motivated students.

• An outstanding Ofsted Rating.

• Modern facilities and resources.

• Ongoing support from senior leadership and the English department.
