Plant Foreman

Location: Bromley
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 Car + Benefits + Bonus

We are seeking an experienced Plant Foreman to oversee the maintenance and repair of heavy plant and equipment within a busy workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise workshop fitters and technicians

• Plan and manage servicing, maintenance, and repairs of heavy plant

• Ensure all work meets health, safety, and compliance standards

• Diagnose faults and provide hands-on technical support

• Manage job scheduling, records, and parts availability

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a heavy plant or plant maintenance supervisory role

• Strong mechanical knowledge (hydraulics, diesel engines, electrics)

• Leadership and team management skills

• Safety-focused with strong organisational ability

Desirable:

• Mechanical or plant engineering qualification

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
