Are you passionate about making a tangible difference in the lives of others? A rewarding role awaits as a Support Worker within a dedicated mental health recovery service working with young males in Bromley.

This position offers an hourly rate of 16.45 Ltd / 14.00/h PAYE on a locum basis, providing both flexibility and the chance to contribute to a meaningful cause.

The role is based within a service that provides tenancy support for adults in Bromley, including those who have experienced homelessness, rough sleeping & are suffering with their mental health. You will be working with service users to support them in accessing accommodation, so they can go on to sustain their tenancies independently. The ideal candidate will possess a genuine desire to assist those in need, coupled with the ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations. Previous experience in a similar role is highly advantageous, particularly within homelessness services or related social care settings. Strong communication skills are essential, as the position involves liaising with service users, colleagues, and external agencies to provide comprehensive support.

The role is based on a rolling locum basis, initially for the next 12-weeks working on a rota basis. There is a good chance the role will get extended or turn permanent in the future.
