Senior Social Worker

We are seeking an experienced Senior Social Worker to join the Court Team in Bromley on a locum basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic and supportive team, managing complex cases and making a real impact on the lives of children and families.

Key Responsibilities:? Manage a caseload of complex care proceedings? Complete high-quality court reports and assessments within court timescales? Provide expert evidence in court as required? Work closely with children, families, legal representatives, and partner agencies? Provide guidance and mentoring to less experienced team members? Ensure all work is completed in line with legislation, policies, and best practice standards

Requirements:? Social Work England registration? Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification? Significant post-qualifying experience, ideally within a court or safeguarding team? Strong knowledge of childcare legislation, court processes, and statutory responsibilities? Excellent report-writing, assessment, and communication skills? Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
