We are seeking a qualified Adult Social Worker to join our client Team on a 3-month assignment. This is a full-time role requiring 3 days per week in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and review support for adults in need.
- Respond to safeguarding concerns and promote wellbeing and independence.
- Work collaboratively with multi-agency teams to deliver high-quality adult social care.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
Requirements:
- Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
- Experience in adult social care practice, including safeguarding.
- Knowledge of Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, and related policies.
- Strong communication, organisational, and decision-making skills.
