What You'll Be Doing:

- Team Collaboration:Ā Work hand-in-hand with teachers to create engaging and effective learning strategies.
- One-to-One Support:Ā Provide individualised assistance to students, helping them with both academic tasks and personal growth.
- Progress Monitoring:Ā Keep track of students' progress and share valuable feedback with teachers and parents.
- Creative Preparation:Ā Help prepare teaching materials and create a positive learning environment.
- Emotional Support:Ā Offer support to students with emotional or behavioural challenges, helping them develop essential social skills.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience:Ā Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, especially with SEN students, is a big plus.
- Compassion:Ā A patient, caring, and adaptable approach to working with students.
- Communication:Ā Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team Player:Ā Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
