About the Role
Academics is recruiting a dedicated and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive Provision in Bromley. You will work closely with students who have a range of Special Educational Needs-including ASD, SEMH, ADHD, and learning difficulties-supporting them both academically and emotionally to help them thrive in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities
Support students 1:1 and in small groups across a variety of subjects.
Assist the class teacher with planning, classroom management, and differentiated learning tasks.
Implement personalised support strategies to meet individual student needs.
Build positive, trusting relationships with students to promote engagement.
Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals.
About You
Experience working with children with SEN (in school, care, or similar settings).
Patient, empathetic, and confident in supporting diverse learning needs.
Strong behaviour management and communication skills.
A genuine passion for supporting young people's development.
Degree holders, Level 2/3 TA qualifications, or those with relevant experience are welcomed.
