Are you passionate about supporting autistic children and helping them thrive in an educational environment? Academics is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Autism Practitioner to join a welcoming SEN school in Bromley.



The Role

As an Autism Practitioner, you will:

  • Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)

  • Implement personalised learning and behaviour plans

  • Use strategies such as TEACCH, PECS, social stories, sensory-based approaches and visual timetables

  • Work closely with teachers, therapists, and SENCOs to ensure consistent, high-quality support

  • Foster independence, communication, emotional regulation, and social interaction

  • Help create a safe, structured, and positive environment for all pupils
