We’re looking for an enthusiastic SEN Teacher to join a friendly and supportive school in Croydon this September. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a team that genuinely cares about making a difference.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Planning and delivering engaging, tailored lessons that meet the individual needs of your pupils.
- Using a range of creative strategies—such as sensory activities, behaviour support, and therapeutic approaches—to support learning.
- Working closely with families, colleagues, and external professionals to ensure each child receives the right support.
- Creating a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment where every pupil feels valued.
- Monitoring progress and adapting your teaching to keep things fresh, effective, and enjoyable.
What We’re Looking For:
- You hold QTS or QTLS.
- You have experience working in SEN settings and understand the challenges and rewards that come with it.
- You’re a strong communicator who works well with others and builds positive relationships.
- You’re patient, creative, and flexible in your approach.
- Most importantly, you care deeply about helping young people succeed.
