Hours: 37.5/week, Monday to Friday, 08:30-16:30 (Term Time Only)
Contract: Permanent

Pay: 180-230 an hour

A specialist school in Bromley is seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join their team.
The school supports pupils aged 5-19 with Autism (ASC) and associated needs. As part of a close-knit, skilled team, you'll help create a safe, inclusive and engaging environment where learners can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver tailored lessons in line with individual needs
Create and review Individual Education Plans and behaviour plans
Work closely with LSAs and therapists to support pupil progress
Monitor, assess and report on learning outcomes
Maintain a structured, well-managed classroom environment
Support whole-school improvement and inclusion
Requirements:
UK QTS or equivalent
SEN/ASC teaching experience
Strong behaviour management and adaptive teaching skills
Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education
