The school supports pupils aged 5-19 with Autism (ASC) and associated needs. As part of a close-knit, skilled team, you'll help create a safe, inclusive and engaging environment where learners can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver tailored lessons in line with individual needs

  • Create and review Individual Education Plans and behaviour plans

  • Work closely with LSAs and therapists to support pupil progress

  • Monitor, assess and report on learning outcomes

  • Maintain a structured, well-managed classroom environment

  • Support whole-school improvement and inclusion

Requirements:

  • UK QTS or equivalent
