Are you a resilient, passionate educator ready to make a real difference in the lives of young people with additional needs? An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a dedicated SEN Teacher to join a specialist SEN & SEMH school in Bromley, London.

About the Role:This is not your average teaching position. Our school supports pupils with high-level needs, including ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) and ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder). Behaviour can be challenging, and we're seeking someone who is emotionally durable, unshakeable in the face of adversity, and truly committed to helping pupils grow - both academically and emotionally.

What We're Looking For:

  • A qualified teacher (QTS preferred, though other teaching qualifications will be considered)

  • Experience working with ASD, ADHD or other complex special needs is highly desirable

  • Someone calm under pressure, adaptable, and prepared to face tough challenges head-on

  • A team player who brings positive energy and a compassionate mindset

Requirements:

  • Must hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service - or be willing to purchase a new one

  • Strong behaviour management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary:Pay is dependent on your teacher payscale and experience.
