We’re currently looking for a passionate and experienced SEN Teacher to join a supportive school in Bromley this September. If you’re someone who genuinely cares about helping young people with special educational needs thrive, this could be a great fit for you.
This role would suit someone who’s patient, adaptable, and ready to make a real difference in the classroom. You’ll be working with a small team of dedicated professionals who are all committed to creating a positive, inclusive learning environment.
What the role involves:
- Planning and delivering lessons tailored to the individual needs of students with a range of learning difficulties.
- Working closely with parents, support staff, and external professionals to ensure each student receives the right support.
- Tracking progress and adjusting your teaching approach to suit each learner.
- Creating a calm, encouraging classroom where students feel safe and motivated.
- Using a mix of traditional and digital resources to support learning.
What we’re looking for:
- QTS or QTLSÂ is essential.
- Previous experience working in an SEN setting is highly desirable.
- A good understanding of how to support students with a variety of needs, including autism, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with others.
- A calm, positive attitude and a genuine passion for inclusive education.
