Vacancy: Maintenance Assistant (Part-Time – Saturday & Sunday – 16hrs)
Pay rate: £14.40ph
Location: Bromley (Kent)
Our Client, a fantastic Care Home in Bromley is looking for a part-time Maintenance Assistant to work weekends to support the Head of Maintenance.
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Head of Maintenance to create a safe and well-presented environment for their residents and their families.
- Ensuring the maintenance of the garden and exteriors is to the highest standard.
- Undertaking daily tasks to ensure both resident bedrooms and communal areas are well maintained.
- Undertaking general maintenance and repairs when required.
- Ensuring accurate records of work undertaken are kept.
- Undertaking other duties as required.
About you:
- You will be friendly and approachable and able to interact with both colleagues and residents.
- You will take pride in maintaining the highest standards with the work you undertake.
- You will have a good eye for detail.
- You will have prior experience working in a general Maintenance role.
