- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Accruals, prepayments, journals and balance sheet reconciliations
- Cash flow forecasting and variance analysis
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting cycles
- Supporting the Financial Controller with ad hoc reporting
- Reviewing spend and providing insightful commentary
- Ensuring compliance with internal controls and procedures
- Proven experience as a Management Accountant or similar role
- Strong Excel skills and good systems knowledge (experience with Sage/QuickBooks/Xero advantageous)
- Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively
- Available to start immediately and able to work on-site in Bromsgrove
- Flexible part-time schedule (2.5 days)
