We are working with a respected Dealergroup in the West Midlands in their search for a Accounts Assistant to join their Central team.
Jobs responsibilities include:
- Posting and reconciling bank statements daily
- Accessing manufacturer portals to download remittances to assist in posting of bank statements
- Reconciling and posting PDQ daily banking
- Tills reconciliations
- Sending out daily bank updates of customer money received in to sales departments
- Understanding and determining best practice in processing payments on the bank, including but not limited to settlements, customer cashback, employee expenses, vehicle purchases, adhoc supplier invoices
- Warranty SBI posting and adjustments
- Unallocated cash on the sales ledger
- Assisting the purchase ledger team with any adhoc tasks
- Assisting accountants with any adhoc tasks
Ideal candidate will have motor trade experience, and Keyloop / Kerridge experience
