  • Compiling documents as instructed.
  • Preparing files as instructed.
  • Admin support to the team & site team.
  • Keeping on top of post and answering calls and taking messages.
  • General filing for the office, both paperwork and digital SharePoint, archiving files as required.
  • Providing reception support and greeting visitors to the office.
  • Checking the accounts inbox & answering any queries.
  • Weekly site newsletters.
  • Sending out enquiries for new schemes,
  • Keeping the enquiry trackers up to date, adding dates when quotes are received
  • Update to the website when new job starts or is completed or staff member leaves
  • Social Media posts
  • Creating purchase orders - sending to suppliers & saving on the system.
  • Warranty liaising with the lawyers, to ensure warranties are sent to correct people.
  • End of project, scanning in site records.
  • Health & Safety files per project.
  • Tracking of recharges between companies.
  • Quartley QA meetings, admin to support.
  • Admin to support for Construction line
  • Filing design records for quality audit.
  • Accounts queries - monitoring the accounts folder
  • Mid month/end of month payment run
  • Chasing enquiries, ensuring the enquiry tracker is up to date.
  • Purchase orders as requested.
