We have an exciting new vacancy for a Commis Chef to join our team at the Elite Venue Selection hotel in Bromsgrove. The Bromsgrove Hotel & Spa is a 146-Bedroom hotel that is ideally situated near the M5 and M42 motorway, just on the outskirts of the town centre as well as offering regular transport links from town centre.

Your duties will include:
- Assisting in the preparation and service of meals for various menus.
- Managing stock to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Collaborating effectively with other kitchen staff.
- Assisting the head chef with preparing and cooking food for our main restaurant buffet for breakfast and dinner service.
The successful candidate will have previous kitchen experience. We're seeking an organised, punctual, and motivated individual eager to grow as a chef with the flexibility to work various shifts including weekends.
