Job Title: Fabricator – Balustrades & Staircases
Location: Bromsgrove
Pay Rate: £15.00 – £18.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Working Hours:

Monday – Thursday: 7:30am – 4:30pm

Friday: 7:30am – 1:30pm
(Flexible working hours available)
An experienced Fabricator is required to join a busy metalwork team in Bromsgrove, focusing primarily on balustrades, staircases, and architectural metalwork. The role involves high-quality MIG welding with a small amount of TIG welding, so strong welding skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities-
Fabricate balustrades, staircases, handrails, and bespoke metalwork.

Perform 90% MIG welding and 10% TIG welding to a high standard.

Work with mild steel and stainless steel.

Read and interpret technical drawings and CAD designs.

Operate fabrication machinery and hand tools safely.

Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and compliance standards.

Proven experience in balustrade and staircase fabrication.

Advanced MIG welding skills (essential) and basic TIG welding skills.

Ability to read and work from technical drawings accurately.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Full UK driving licence (preferred).
