Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telemarketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and generating leads through effective communication. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products and services.
- Engage with potential clients, effectively communicating the benefits of our offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of calls made, customer interactions, and follow-up actions using relevant software tools, including Salesforce.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to enhance sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless transitions from lead generation to closing sales.
- Follow up on leads generated through various channels and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Achieve monthly targets set by management while adhering to company policies.
Experience
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM software, particularly HubSpot, is beneficial for managing customer data efficiently.
- A positive attitude with the ability to handle rejection gracefully and remain motivated.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail are crucial for maintaining accurate records.
