Description

  • Executing all payroll operations accurately and in a timely manner
  • Maintaining compliance with local, state, and federal payroll laws and regulations
  • Collaborating with the HR department to ensure accurate employee data
  • Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering employee payroll queries
  • Preparing payroll reports for management
  • Updating payroll records by tracking changes in exemptions, job status, and job titles
  • Assisting with audits by providing necessary payroll data
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of payroll processes
