Description
- Executing all payroll operations accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintaining compliance with local, state, and federal payroll laws and regulations
- Collaborating with the HR department to ensure accurate employee data
- Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering employee payroll queries
- Preparing payroll reports for management
- Updating payroll records by tracking changes in exemptions, job status, and job titles
- Assisting with audits by providing necessary payroll data
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of payroll processes
