A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical Supervisor to join a UK known manufacturer in the Bromsgrove Area!
With no day ever being the same the Mechanical Supervisor role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class organisation.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Work within the maintenance budgets
- Fulfil the role of manager within the Mechanical maintenance team
- Support with internal, external and compliance Audits
- Plan, resource, and supervise mechanical maintenance during shutdowns.
- Support Electrical, Controls and Instrument Engineers as required
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Supervisory / Man Management experience
- Higher National Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Experience managing multiple contractors and maintenance contracts
- Energy from waste / Power plant / Process Plant industry experience
- Experience having the responsibility for rotating and high-pressure equipment
