We are recruiting for a Homeless & Housing Solutions Officer for Bromsgrove District & Redditch Borough Council.
This hybrid role requires 37 hours of work per week, with an hourly rate of £31.20.
Candidates must have 3 years of experience in Homeless & Housing Solutions and be DBS registered.
The position involves managing high caseloads, handling complex cases, and ensuring accurate documentation.
An ASAP start is needed, with an initial contract lasting until the end of June.

We are currently recruiting for a Homeless & Housing Solutions Officer to work with Bromsgrove District & Redditch Borough Council.This position is a hybrid role with a mix of remote work and On-site work = 37 hours per week - 09:00 to 17:30 daily - ASAP start with initial contract length to end of June. Umbrella Hourly Rate - £31.20ph

Requirements and Duties -

3 Years experience in Homeless & Housing Solutions
Must have DBS registered to update service and available to start ASAP
1/2 days per week in the office required
Handling cases from start to finish
Prevention relief
High Caseload Management
Complex cases
Letters, Referrals, Accurate note taking
Proven experience in Homelessness.
