Elite Search Associates are currently looking for a Residential Home Manager to join a fantastic elderly care home in Bromyard, Herefordshire.
Package for the Residential Home Manager includes but is not limited to:

Residential Home Manager requirements:
- Must have NVQ/QCF Level 5
- Previous experience of managing an elderly care home either as a Home Manager, Deputy Manager or Team Leader
- Caring and compassionate
- Strong leader and confident in delivering excellent clinical leadership and line management
- Excellent knowledge of working within and to the CQC code of conduct guidelines.
