What You'll Be Doing:- Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
- Monitoring product quality and ensuring standards are met
- Supporting your team to meet daily production targets
- Keeping your workspace clean, organised, and safe
- Adapting to new processes and equipment as the site evolves
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good attention to detail and a sense of pride in your work
- Reliability and a team-first mindset
- Previous experience in manufacturing or food production is a bonus - but not essential!
- Day shifts only - enjoy your evenings and weekends
- Monday to Friday - no weekend work
- £12.21 per hour - paid weekly
