Link3 Recruitment are seeking an experienced and dedicated High Level Teaching Assistant to join a warm and welcoming small village school close to Broughton Astley, Leicestershire. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive and nurturing environment where every child is valued and known.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will work three days per week supporting teaching and learning across our mixed-age class groups. You will also be required to deliver PPA cover, so confidence in leading whole-class teaching is essential.

Essential Requirements:

  • Extensive experience of supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)

  • Confident delivering whole-class teaching and learning

  • Experience planning and delivering lessons as part of PPA cover

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach

Desirable:

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) – this role may particularly suit a qualified teacher looking for a step back from a full classroom teaching commitment
