Location: Broughton, Onsite

Hours: 35 hours per week (4.5 days, flexible between 7am-7pm)

Pay: 23.84/hr (PAYE) or 31.90/hr (Umbrella)

What You'll Be Doing

  • Carrying out industrial qualifications to enable internal teams to perform critical manufacturing processes.
  • Validating reports and collecting evidence to assess compliance with quality standards.
  • Supporting investigations and root cause analysis for quality issues, ensuring effective corrective actions are taken.
  • Analysing process capability results and driving improvements to prevent future issues.
  • Actively participating in process improvement initiatives and supporting non-conformity reduction activities.
  • Collaborating with multifunctional teams to deliver the highest standards for our customers.

  • Experience in industrial processes and factory environments, ideally with an audit or quality background.
  • A strong focus on customer satisfaction and product safety.
  • Excellent teamwork, adaptability, and proactive problem-solving skills.
