The Enablement Support Specialist plays a key role in transforming production environments by implementing new ways of working, removing blockers, and fostering collaboration across departments. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic settings and enjoys being at the heart of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support ramp-up activities by embedding best practices and innovative workflows.
  • Provide project-based assistance to production areas, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.
  • Uphold EHS and Airworthiness standards while driving improvements through the SQCDP framework (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, People).
  • Act as a liaison between departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
  • Deliver lineside support to resolve production issues and enable progress.
  • Coordinate with facilities and maintenance teams to ensure service-level agreements and delivery timelines are met.
