This specialist secondary school, supporting boys aged 1116 with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, is offering a full-time Teaching Assistant opportunity for a graduate passionate about working directly with young people who require targeted support.
Youll join a dedicated and supportive team in a role thats both rewarding and challenging. Day-to-day, youll work closely with pupilsboth 1:1 and in small groupsto help them engage in learning, manage emotions, and build confidence. Youll also contribute to wider school life and benefit from experienced staff who understand the needs of pupils with SEMH.
