Join a dynamic and growing team in Cheshunt, where your expertise will shape the success of high-profile residential and commercial projectsAbout the Role:As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a key role in managing all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects, from initial estimates through to final accounts. You'll ensure value for money while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities
- Perform risk, value management, and cost control
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and subcontractors
- Provide advice on contractual claims and procurement strategy
What We're Looking For:
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts including JCT and NEC
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficient in cost estimating software and MS Office
