About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team on a temporary basis in Broxburn. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with customers and providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound customer calls
* Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone
* Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues promptly
* Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
* Assist with processing orders and managing customer accounts
* Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
