- Lead the pastry section and craft exceptional desserts
- Work alongside talented chefs, contributing to menu development with seasonal, estate-grown ingredients
- Ensure high standards in prep, service, and hygiene
- Inspire junior chefs, sharing your knowledge and passion for pastry
- Maintain the elegance and presentation of every dessert, showcasing your creative flair
