HGV Technician Job Details
Basic Salary: £48,353pa
Working Hours: 4 on 3 off
Tuesday-Friday - 18:00-06:00
Location: Coventry
A skilled HGV Technician is required for a full time permanent vacancy working within a brand new purpose built workshop. This shift offers a good work life balance with long weekends on a fixed 4 on 3 off shift basis in addition all overtime is also available at time and a half.
Responsibilities of an HGV Technician
·Routine vehicle maintenance to DVSA standards.
·Preparation and presentation of vehicles and trailers for MOT inspection.
·Diagnosing of vehicles diagnostic equipment.
·Good housekeeping and H&S requirements.
·Ensure all paperwork is completed.
Skills and Qualifications of an HGV Technician
·Level 3 / City & Guilds or NVQ qualified technician
·HGV licence is an advantage
