Planner / Programmer - Pre Construction
My client is aleading construction contractorbased in East London, specializing in delivering high-quality construction, refurbishment, and project management services. The company is known for its innovative approach, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence in every project. With a strong focus on collaboration and client satisfaction, the team consistently delivers tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of their clients across various sectors.
These sectors are diverse and include health, education, residential, leisure, government, commercial and retail projects.
They currently need a planner / programmer to work in the bid team and produce construction programmes for theirtenders.
The programmes will be for projects completed under a JCT or NEC contract from traditional to full D&B projects, single stage and 2 stage tendering.
The planner will not be expected to manage the programmes for live projects.
Projects range in value from c500k to 10m.
IT requirements: Currently using Microsoft Project but happy consider other software options.
You will work closely with the Pre Construction Team in a supportive environment, working on a range of intesting projects.
You would have ideally worked for a medium sized contractor, with a stable career history. It is essential that you have permanent right to UK.
