Sales & Lettings NegotiatorSalary: £27,000 - £30,000 + CommissionBuckhurst HillPermanentTHE COMPANY:A leading independent estate agent in West Essex, renowned for its supportive team culture and commitment to building strong, trusting relationships with clients and colleagues alike.THE ROLE: As a Sales & Lettings Negotiator, you will play a pivotal role in the continued growth and success of the business. Your responsibilities will include meeting sales and lettings targets in a dynamic, high-energy environment, making proactive calls to potential tenants, buyers, landlords, and vendors, and handling enquiries both over the phone and in person. You will also be responsible for booking viewings, valuations, and surveys, producing promotional materials, conducting property viewings, and negotiating sales or lettings. Accurate data entry into Expert Agent and managing all related administrative tasks are essential parts of this role. Additionally, you will ensure the office premises are managed in a safe and secure manner.THE PERSON: The ideal candidate will be a passionate and determined salesperson with impeccable standards and the ability to impress. A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in either lettings or property sales is required, along with the flexibility to handle both aspects of the role. A full driving licence and your own car are essential, as is the ability to work Saturdays and occasional evenings.
