The Job Role
- Pastry Chef in a flagship private school.
- Catering for up to 1500 a day
- Catering for events/pop ups and hospitality
- Cooking from scratch with fresh ingredients.
- Supporting the head chef and team.
The Requirements
- The successful applicant will already be a proven Pastry Chef within Independent Education/B&I Sites/hotels or restaurants
- A passionate foodie who is in touch with current food trends.
- Experience of high volume catering is essential.
- A team player
