Our client is looking for a dedicated Junior Sous to join this wonderful contract at a prestigious school within the Buckingham area. You'll be joining an excellent culinary team in the process withvision, integrity, courage & compassion.
A sous chef to join an amazing team with an excellent approach to client interaction and food.
If you have experience in within the schools industry, contract catering or B&I sector at Sous Chef level then this could be the role for you!
- Junior Sous chef up to 34k a year
- 45 hours a week
- Site closes 15 of December for Christmas
- Some weekends and evenings with the view to becoming more of a Monday-Friday role eventually
- Lunch and dinner service 11am-8pm/ 6:30am-3pm
- 20 days holiday plus all BH , goes up to 25 after certain years of service
- Parking on site for chefs
- Uniform and meals on site provided
