In this role, you will provide front-line support across our product range, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Be the first point of contact for customers seeking technical support via phone, email, or in-person.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and performance data tools.

Escalate complex cases internally while ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.

Collaborate with engineering and testing teams to deliver customer feedback and product improvements.

Provide hands-on support for product testing, validation, and release.

Prepare and issue technical documentation, sales quotations, and system configuration advice.

 

Key Skills:

Previous experience in a technical support or performance engineering role.

Working knowledge of vehicle data systems

Exposure to CANbus networks, GNSS, and data acquisition tools.

Hands-on experience with race car systems or simulation platforms.

Ability to explain technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Full, clean UK driving licence.
