Sonic Summary

We are recruiting for Production Operatives in Buckingham with an immediate start available.
This is a temp to perm position, transitioning to permanent status after 12 weeks.
The role requires experience in the timber industry and manufacturing, as well as confidence working with hand and heavy tools.
The salary includes overtime pay at £14.95 for hours over 40 and £17.25 for Saturday work, with a half day on Friday.
Candidates must be fit, healthy, and able to work on their feet all day while speaking and understanding English.

HALF DAY ON FRIDAY | OVERTIME PAY | TEMP TO PERM | IMMEDIATE START

We are excited to be recruiting for Production Operatives on behalf of our client based in Buckingham. This role is temp to perm so after 12 weeks you will be taken on as a permanent member of staff!

As a Production Operative your role will include

Working with hand tools such as nail guns
Working with heavy tools
Building pallets

The hours of work for the Production Operative role will be:

Monday to Thursday 0730 - 17:00
Friday 07:30-11:30
Overtime over 40 hours are paid at £14.95
All Saturday hours are paid at £17.25
Attendance bonus also paid after 12 weeks

To be a successful Production Operative, you will

Have experience in the timber industry
Have experience in manufacturing
Be confident working with tools
Be fit and healthy
Be able to work on your feet all day
Speak and understand English
