An excellent permanent job opportunity for a Junior HR BP, to join a collaborative public sector organisation. You will be part of a busy HR team where they pride themselves on fostering an inclusive environment. As a Junior HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in both operational HR duties and strategic HR projects.Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational HR Duties:Hands-on involvement in day-to-day HR operations.
  • Employee Relations:Manage ER cases from start to finish.
  • Training:Design and deliver training on HR best practices.
  • Recruitment and Selection:Support managers throughout the end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
  • Restructuring:Manage TUPE and redundancy processes from beginning to end.
  • HR Projects:
    • Gender pay gap reporting.
    • Supporting with an HR system implementation.
    • Sourcing a new Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
  • Reporting:Run quarterly HR reports, analyse data, and present findings.
  • This role is based on site 4 days per week in Buckingham and home-based 1 day per week.

Experience Required:

  • You must have experience as a Junior HR BP / HR BP.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Experience with HR systems and data analysis.
