What You Will Do:

- Provide hands-on moulding technical support to production, including tool changes and machine setting. - Organise the shift production team to achieve daily output requirements while maintaining high standards. - Train operators using standard operation instructions and procedures to ensure consistent performance. - Maintain quality and safety standards, taking swift corrective actions in the event of non-conformances. - Continuously identify and eliminate waste within the manufacturing process, such as scrap and rework. - Ensure effective communication between shifts through detailed handovers and performance reporting.

What You Will Bring:

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in injection moulding setting, with a strong aptitude for troubleshooting. - Basic computer literacy to manage production data and performance reporting effectively. - Excellent communication and presentation skills to train and lead a production team. - Demonstrable experience in supervising production operators and achieving team goals. - A proactive approach to maintaining housekeeping standards and contributing to continuous improvement.
