A new position has become available for an experienced individual to join a growing team as their Internal Regional Account Manager. The company who are a long-established family run business based near Buckingham are looking for candidates who have excellent experience supporting the company’s business development team and provides high levels of customer service and coordination of schedules and day to day operations.
Working hours will consist of 40 hours per week, 08:00am-17:00pm.
Duties of the Internal Regional Account Manager:
- Manage calendars and diaries of Management, scheduling meetings, appointments, and customer visits.
- Deal with email and phone enquiries, monitoring the inboxes.
- Maintain customer records in the system.
- Process orders and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Prepare briefs, presentations and correspondence.
- Be the primary contact for smaller accounts, maintaining regular communication.
- Work alongside the External Sales Manager to ensure you are mutually working on account priorities and align with the same strategy.
You must:
- Previous experience within Account Management, Sales Coordination or customer facing role.
- Work well within a team environment but also work well individually.
- Demonstrate a passion for developing a brand, working to meet sales targets and motivating your colleagues.
- Be computer literate an able to adapt to new systems easily while being confident on Word, Excel ad Outlook.
- Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Display unrivalled levels of customer service, going above and beyond to meet their requirements.
This Internal Regional Account Manager role offers £32,000-£37,500 per annum. The company also offers a profit share bonus yearly based on the company hitting targets.
