Procurement Manager - BuckinghamshireLocation: Buckinghamshire (Multi-site responsibility)Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

I'm currently recruiting for a Procurement Manager on behalf of a well-established stockist distributor based in Buckinghamshire. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced procurement professional to lead and develop the procurement function across the group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee direct and indirect spend across multiple sites.

  • Develop and implement robust procurement processes and procedures.

  • Ensure contract compliance and supplier performance standards are consistently met.

  • Lead and develop a small procurement team, mentoring Buyers and supporting their professional growth.

  • Create and maintain procurement documentation and project KPI templates.

  • Ensure on-time delivery of materials and parts for both new and existing products in collaboration with key departments.

Key Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience managing both direct and indirect procurement.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and under pressure in a structured, controlled manner.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships across departments.

  • A proactive approach to continuous improvement within the procurement function.
