STRESS ENGINEER (T400 Approver)
- £52 per hour via Umbrella
- Full-time, on-site at Broughton
- 35 hours per week over 4.5 days
- Initial contract until 31/12/2025

ABOUT THE CLIENT:
Our client is the world's leading aircraft manufacturer, with a state-of-the-art engineering and manufacturing facility in Broughton. The team you'll join provides critical engineering support to the global aircraft production line, delivering structural solutions for a range of aircraft including Single Aisle, Long Range, and A350 wings. Due to continued demand, they are looking to recruit an experienced Stress Engineer (Wing Structures) to join the Plant Engineering Team.
THE STRESS ENGINEER (WING STRUCTURES) ROLE:
- Perform static structural analysis (metallic and composite/hybrid components)
- Validate aircraft structural strength using Airbus processes and methods
- Provide engineering input for repairs and concession assessments
- Ensure compliance with airworthiness and regulatory structural requirements
STRESS ENGINEER (WING STRUCTURES) ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Strong background in static structural analysis of metallic and/or composite materials
- Experience with repair/acceptance analysis for aircraft structures
- Currently hold, or have previously held T400 Concessions Approval signatory
- Background in civil or military aircraft highly desirable
- Ability to work full-time on-site and interface with a fast-paced production environment
