DAY SHIFT
The job will principally involve responsibility for the following:
- Day to day maintenance of volumetric filling machines, labellers and associated packing equipment. This will include setting up and fine tuning their operation for optimum efficiency and quality.
- Maintenance of gear, centrifugal and lobe pumps.
- Installation of new equipment.
- Setting up and performing a proactive maintenance schedule for all production machinery.
- Holding spares for all critical production machinery.
Required Qualifications / Experience:
- Must have mechanical and electrical experience.
- Mechanical engineering NVQ level 3 or above is essential.
- Experience of maintaining filling / production lines
- Chemical background preferable.
