We are seeking a Qualified Teacher to join our partnered esteemed SEN school in Bungay. This is a rewarding opportunity to work with children and young people who have a range of complex needs, including autism, social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) difficulties, and learning disabilities.
About the Role:As a Teacher in the specialist setting, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality, individualised education that meets each learner's unique needs. You'll work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and pastoral staff to support students' academic, emotional, and social development.

Key Responsibilities:- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that are tailored to individual learning needs
- Create a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment
- Monitor, assess, and report on pupil progress
- Work collaboratively with support staff, families, and external agencies
- Contribute to the wider school community and extra-curricular activities
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding and pupil welfare
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Child DBS on the update service.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience working with SEN pupils is desirable but not essential
- A creative, adaptable, and resilient approach to teaching
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine commitment to inclusive, child-centred education
