OverviewWe are seeking a talented and passionate Trainee / Apprentice Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and production, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to food safety standards. As a Trainee Chef, you will play a crucial role in assisting the kitchen staff, ensuring the highest quality of dishes, and contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Assist kitchen staff in food preparation techniques and best practices.
  • Assist in menu planning and recipe development, focusing on seasonal ingredients and innovative dishes.
  • Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality, presentation, and taste.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients.
